"رواسي البناء للاستثمار" تعيَّن "دارفن كابيتال" مستشاراً مالياً لإدراج أسهمها في السوق الموازية "نمو"

Rawasi Albina Investment Company announced the appointment of Darfin Capital as its financial advisor for the direct listing of its shares on the Nomu Parallel Market.

Rawasi stated that the agreement aims to fulfil the regulatory requirements and obtain the approvals of the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange for the company’s listing on the parallel market.

Established in 2008, Rawasi Albina Investment is a well-established company specialising in telecommunications, water, energy and artificial intelligence.

The company provides infrastructure services to telecommunications companies across the Gulf region. It is also accredited by Saudi Electricity Company for power distribution projects and by the National Water Company. In addition, it provides AI enablement services in partnership with leading international companies.

The agreement was signed by Mohsen bin Mutaib Al-Da’ajani, CEO of Rawasi Albina Investment Company, and Fayez Al-Khattab, Acting CEO of Darfin Capital. The signing ceremony was attended by the chairmen of the two companies, Abdulrahman Al-Harbi and Eng. Saad Ammash Al-Shammari.
