Rawasi Albina Investment Appoints Darfin Capital as Financial Advisor for the Listing of Its Shares on the Nomu Parallel Market

Rawasi Albina Investment Company announced the appointment of Darfin Capital as its financial advisor for the direct listing of its shares on the Nomu Parallel Market.

Rawasi stated that the agreement aims to fulfil the regulatory requirements and obtain the approvals of the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange for the company’s listing on the parallel market.
